  • Shipping: We provide nationwide shipping within the Philippines. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Tri Tech Fitness Store is not liable for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from Tri Tech Fitness Store pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

  • Warranty: All products are covered by the Local Supplier Warranty as detailed in our separate Warranty Policy. We are not the manufacturer (Garmin); our role is to facilitate the warranty service based on the supplier's terms.

  • Returns and Refunds: Returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to the terms outlined in our Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy. Products must meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., within 7 days of delivery, original condition, etc.) to be processed.
