We offer nationwide shipping across the Philippines. Please note that shipping availability may vary for remote destinations.

  • Shipping Carriers: We utilize reliable third-party shipping carriers to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your order. Available shipping methods and costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.

Same Day Delivery (SDD)

  • Availability: Same Day Delivery is available for Metro Manila addresses.

  • Cut-off: Orders must be received and confirmed before 2:00 PM (Philippine Time) to be eligible for SDD.

  • Exclusions: Not applicable on Sundays and public Holidays. Orders placed on these days will be delivered on the next working business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, please contact our customer support team to request your updated tracking number or link. You can use this information to monitor the status and progress of your shipment.

Shipping Charges and Fees

  • Charges: Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your destination, the package's weight/size, and the shipping method chosen.

  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to accept delivery, we will contact you. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • Out of Delivery Zone: For locations identified as outside the standard delivery zone, orders may be required to be picked up at the nearest courier branch within 5-10 days.

COD Limit: Cash on Delivery is accepted for purchases not exceeding P10,000.00. For orders above this amount, please select an alternative payment method.

Modifications are subject to the order status (must be 'Pending' or 'Processing') and stock availability. Any additional charges must be settled before modification is confirmed.

  • Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate cancellations if the order has not yet been shipped. Once an order is shipped, our standard return policy applies.
