All Garmin devices purchased from Tri Tech Fitness Store are covered by the Local Supplier Warranty.

- 1 Year on the main device unit.

- 6 Months on all accessories (e.g., charging cables, straps).

7. Does the warranty cover accidental damage (e.g., screen cracks, water damage)?

No. The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal and intended use. It typically does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents (like drops or unauthorized liquid exposure), or normal wear and tear.

We accept returns for items that are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

13. What documentation do I need to return an item?

You must provide a valid Proof of Purchase (official receipt or order confirmation) and detailed photos/videos of the issue.

Important: For products damaged during shipping or incorrect items received, an Unboxing Video is mandatory for the claim to be processed.

14. How long does a refund take?

Once a return is approved, we will process the refund. The time it takes to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment processor. We will notify you once the refund has been successfully submitted.
